Director of Development, Staff

Lauren Parda is a result-driven fundraiser with over 20 years of constituent relationship development experience. Lauren joins us from the University of Hartford where she served as the Director of Planned Giving for five years overseeing the development and execution of long-term planned giving strategies and the management of the University's legacy society of 225 members. She is a member of the American Council on Gift Annuities, the Planned Giving Group of Connecticut, and the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners.

Lauren graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mount Holyoke College with BAs in Sociology and Art History as a part of the school's Frances Perkins Scholars program, and lives in Lisbon, CT with her husband. They are avid boaters.
